Defective, damaged on delivery or
incorrectly delivered items:
Prestantia will only accept returns on defective or damaged items, or if the product we’ve
sent you is not the same as the product that you’ve ordered.
Request for return of such goods must be made within 24hours after delivery of the goods.

Contact Us page to request a return or refund and be sure to mention the order reference number and specific item you want to return and reason thereof.
Once approved Prestantia will arrange to have the defective, damaged or
incorrectly delivered goods returned to our warehouse and a replacement or the correct goods delivered at our expense.
